Solomon has over 16 years’ experience in management consultancy. His expertise spans across business project development, project feasibility and investment analysis, business valuations, due diligence investigations, monitoring, evaluation and impact studies. He has served in several project teams, strategic operations, project implementation, business planning, business process engineering, procurement, and supply chain risk management.
He has valuable experience drawn from several organisations across a wide range of sectors including finance, health, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, mining, oil and gas. He executed assignments in Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroun, Mali, South Arica, USA, UK for clients in public, private and multinational organisations. Solomon has served public institutions including the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Trade & Industry and the Ministry of Works & Housing and the Ministry of Energy. He also served as a member of the Technical Committee on Finance for the Ghana Standard Authority (GSA) for two consecutive terms from 2017 to 2024.

SENANU VORDZOGBE (Chief Development Officer)
A graduate of two tertiary institutions, Ho Technical University where he obtained HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and Accra Institute of Technology where he obtained a BEng Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Whiles in Ho Technical University, he was elected as the local President of the Union of Polytechnic Students. He presented a supervised research work on Bulk Power Generation, Control and Transmission and Solar Powered Traffic Light Light.
In 2009 he responded to a national call to lecture at a Catholic Technical School in a remote village in the Volta Region (Father Dogli Memorial School, New Ayoma) between 2010-2012. He was contacted by China Int. Water Electric Corp to be part of a team to extend Electricity supply to over 600 rural communities in seven regions of Ghana, which was successfully completed.
In 2012 he was contacted by MBH Power and Gas Ltd. to build Import/Export metering in four regions of Ghana and also worked on capacitor bank project in two regions.
